TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF OUR PREFABRICATED HOUSES
Our prefabricated houses are manufactured based on 80 kg / m² snow load, 90 km / h wind speed, 1st degree earthquake conditions and 3rd climate zone.
EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR PANELS
The outer and inner panels are made of specially twisted stainless galvanized sheet and double-sided cemented chipboard (betopan) with a size of 8X1250X2500 mm. 84 mm 16 density EPS rigid foam is used between the panels for thermal insulation. Outer panel thickness is 10 cm, inner panel thickness is 6 cm and panel height is 250 cm. Ask for optional panel types.
WHAT IS CEMENT CHIPBOARD?
Its raw material is cement and pine wood. It is not plastic. It is a building material consisting of blending the pine tree after peeling the bark of the pine tree to lighten the construction cement and material. It is not affected by water and moisture. Does not catch fire. It has B1 class (B1 DIN 4102 Part 1) non-flammability certificate.
PANEL COMBINATIONS
Special U and H profiles, which are connection elements, are bent from stainless galvanized sheet and combined with a special clamping system. When the radius is formed at the edges, there is no rust after sweating.
DOORS
External doors are manufactured as STEEL DOORS. interior doors are manufactured as BROKEN WHITE AMERICAN DOORS (80x200 sizes. Cylindrical locks for exterior doors and TSE locks with recessed features for interior doors. PVC and Aluminum doors are made with moldings from inside the building.
WINDOWS AND VASISTAS
The windows are manufactured in the dimensions of 120X100 cm-120/160 cm -150/150 cm and the transoms are 60X40 cm in size from PVC-based material 4 16 4 mm double glazed and transoms are frosted Single glass and it is FIRATPEN brand. It is made with PVC moldings inside the building.
CARRIER CONSTRUCTIONS
Roof trusses, beams and columns are made of specially bent galvanized sheet metal. A specially shaped steel scissors are placed every 125 cm throughout the building, and purlins made of specially shaped galvanized sheet are mounted on the top of the scissors. Since bolts and nuts are used in the assembly, the structure can be disassembled and installed many times.
CEILING COATINGS AND INSULATION
12 mm thick gypsum board is used as a ceiling covering. 80 mm thick glass wool is laid on the suspended ceiling plasterboard as ceiling insulation. The ceiling joint is crushed by bending from stainless galvanized sheet welded under the roof trusses. Since radius occurs on the edges of the sheet metal, rusting does not occur as a result of perspiration. A PVC cover is placed on the ceiling omega to look aesthetic. Drywall connection elements are made of electrostatic painted aluminum material. Green Drywall is applied to the ceilings of wet places. Ask for optional ceiling applications.
PAINTS
Exterior panels are painted with MASİS BOYA brand silicon exterior paint, interior wall panels and ceiling are painted with MASİS BOYA brand plastic paint. All metal surfaces are painted with double coat primer and double coat synthetic oil paint. Mastic is applied to panel joints and ceiling details.
ROOF COATINGS AND INSULATION
As roof coating, stainless painted galvanized trapezoidal sheet is applied on metal purlins. Scissor forehead area is covered with a culvert and PVC paneling material. 40 cm around the building. There are culverted eaves shaped from stainless galvanized sheet. Earthquake diagonals are placed on the roof made of specially twisted galvanized sheet metal. PVC-based square rain gutters and accessories are installed. Ask for optional coating types.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS
The electrical installation is laid over the panel using TSE stamped PVC based cable duct. For switches and sockets, VIKO brand luminaires and PELSAN brand for lighting are used. Ask for optional installation types.
SANITARY INSTALLATIONS
The clean water installation is installed over the panel using TSE stamped PVC-based FIRAT brand white pipe, and the waste water installation is installed over the panel using PVC-based SARAL brand white pipe. Sanitaryware (shower tray, washbasin and toilet bowl or floor stone) and accessories
INTERMEDIATE FLOOR CONSTRUCTIONS
The mezzanine construction is made of specially twisted stainless galvanized sheet in the form of a carrier cage. The intermediate floor is covered with 16 mm betopan (cement chipboard). 80 mm thick glass wool is laid on the lower floor suspended ceiling plasterboard as heat-sound insulation. The mezzanine load is 200 kg / m².
STAIRS
16 mm thick betopan (cement chipboard) is coated on a specially shaped steel frame made of box profiles. Stair railing is manufactured from box profiles. The metal parts of the stairs are painted with double coat primer and double coat oil paint. Ask for optional ladder types.
APPLICATIONS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICES
1. Obtaining the necessary plans, projects and legal permissions for the establishment of the building,
2. Ground concrete, all kinds of excavation and landscaping works,
3. Shipping and transportation insurance belongs to the customer.
4. Accommodation and meal costs of the assembly team for installations outside of Istanbul.
5. Ensuring the security of prefabricated building materials against theft at the construction site,
6.Electricity to be used during installation is required.
